Northern Ireland Police Don’t Work After DarkTwo men raped a woman at a disused leisure centre in Belfast on Monday, 30 Jan. According to local authorities it is an “anti-social hot-spot” where people gather to drink and take drugs. Police don’t patrol there, however, “as they would have to do it in the dark and on foot.” So, folks, remember: if you’re ever in Belfast and require the aid of law enforcement do be sure it’s daylight, and you’re vehicle-accessible.
