The Collings Foundation has the world’s only dual control P-51C Mustang, and Moffett Field is a regular stop on their annual U.S. tour. The TP-51C was a field modification that added a second seat with a full second set of controls and instrumentation that could be used for training purposes. There were at least five TP-51Cs that were built during WWII for training purposes, and VIP transport. Nikon D300 w/18-200mm, processing with Photomatix Pro and Aperture.
