This early Mustang took part in the WWII flying display at the annual Planes of Fame airshow. The first Merlin-powered Mustangs were designated P-51B/C, the only difference being the B’s were built in Long Beach, California, and the C’s in Dallas, Texas. Nikon D7000 w/70-200mm, processing with Aperture.
