Located outside the main entrance of the Yanks Air Museum at the Chino Airport is this B-25J, delivered in July 1945 and missing out on combat duty, later retired in 1957.  Bouncing among several Alaskan owners, she underwent a 1983 restoration before being flown to Australia.  Down under, she flew a bit and was placed in storage in 1987. Acquired by Yanks Air Museum in 1999 from the Australian War Memorial Museum, this Mitchell had another restoration to fly again in 2002.  First flown in 1940, more than 9,800 were built.  The B-25J was the last factory series production of the B-25. (Number made: 4,318.)  There are more than one hundred surviving B-25s scattered over the world, mainly in the United States with about 45 still airworthy.  Nikon D500 w/18-200mm.
