Cyprus should not expect special treatment under an EU bail-out said Angela Merkel on Friday, warning that “it must follow reforms.” Speaking with German reporters before attending a summit of the European People’s Party in Limassol, Merkel added that the 17 billion euro bail-out would not be decided “now”.
