No More Hand Sanitiser for Prisoners

The Prison authorities has decided to prohibit inmates to use hand sanitizer.

Instead of hand sanitizer the inmates will be provided soap.

Prisons Commissioner and Spokesperson Chandana Ekanayake said that the decision has been taken following the death of two Iranian nationals who were imprisoned in Sri Lanka, after consuming disinfectant liquid last week.
