This season the Giallorossi will play in the ultimate Roma kit with a new design rooted in their glorious history.
Unveiled today in Rome by AS Roma stars, the new home shirt, the first in partnership with Nike, is a classic and typically sharp design. The body is in Roma red and features a drop-needle tonal stripe throughout.
The shirt boasts deep yellow cuffs and a unique red polo neck collar with yellow underneath. It can be flicked up to offer a stylish Italian flourish and show pride in club colors.
Inside the back of the neck is a yellow textured pennant tab with the statement: “La Roma Non Si Discute Si Ama,” (‘Roma is loved without question’), the famous motto that has always defined the Roma fans’ sense of belonging to their team.
The new home shorts are white, while the new home socks are no longer black, but instead red to echo the traditional appearance of Roma sides. On the back of the sock is a tonal stripe of chevrons.
While this new kit features Nike’s signature design details, it also offers players the very latest in performance innovation, kit technology and environmental sustainability.
