Nike, Gucci, and others earned $260 million on NFT salesi

Data from Dune Analytics that was first shared by NFTGators shows that well-known companies like Nike, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Adidas, and Tiffany have made $260 million in sales using NFTs.

Nike’s NFT launches had made $185,3 million in sales, and $1.3 billion was made on the secondary market.

Dolce & Gabbana has made a total of $25,600,000 in fashion sales. Since the NFTiff token came out, which lets CryptoPunk holders make their own jewelry designs, Tiffany has made $12.6 million from NFT sales. Gucci made $11.6 million through NFT, and Adidas made $10.9 million.

Since 2021, the popularity of NFTs has gone through the roof, with collections like the Bored Ape Yacht Club and CryptoPunks selling billions of dollars worth of items. Big companies ignored the buzz about digital collectibles at first, but now they are looking into how the technology could be used to get closer to their customers.

The NFT craze may have died down, but the effects of the technology are likely to last for a while. Brands like Nike and Adidas want to take advantage of the growing popularity of MMORPGs by using NFT strategies inside the Metaverse.

In a recent survey, market aggregator CoinGecko asked people how much they thought the NFT business would be worth in the next two years. Conventional research says that the global NFT market will be worth about $230 billion by the end of the decade.
