Nicki Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty has been arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department.
According to TMZ, he was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender in the city.
Petty moved to California from New York in July 2019, but according to law enforcement he got pulled over in Beverly Hills in November 2019 and that’s when his legal troubles started.
According to the reports, he was pulled over in November and arrested for not registering as a sex offender in California. He was later released on a $20,000 bond after being charged.
However, it was expected that after his arrest, he would register as a sex offender. But, that wasn’t the case as he failed to do so.
Hence, Petty latest battle with the law means he will be under pretrial supervision and has already surrendered his passport. His travel will be restricted to Southern California.
