Niagara Falls (the city) on the Canadian side takes complete advantage of being a tourist destination. The city itself is a small fun packed place that offers tours, museums, and shops.
One of the neat things you can do there is take the Journey Behind the Falls which allows you to do just that. You can walk through the tunnels behind the Falls and go out to an observatory deck that sits at the base. Beware of course, you are likely to get wet!
