NHM Assam Recruitment 2022 Details

1. Consultant (Family Planning)

• No of posts: 1
• Educational Qualification:
  (i) MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology/ Community Medicine from a Govt. recognized Medical College.
  (ii) 5 years post qualification work experience in public health or health administration.
  (iii) Computer proficiency –MS Office
  (iv) High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.
• Age Limit: Up to 65 Years as on 31st December 2022.
• Remuneration: Rs. 65,000/- (Negotiable)

2. State Programme Officer (NCD)

• No of posts: 1
• Educational Qualification:
  (i) MBBS with minimum of 10 years post qualification working experience in health programmes.
  (ii) Candidates having added qualification like Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Public Health/ DNB in Preventive & Social Medicine/ Community Medicine/ Community Health Administration/ MBA (Health Care Administration) will be preferred.
  (iii) Candidates must have the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment and should be able to plan, implement and evaluate large health programmes.
  (iv) High proficiency in Communication and Presentation Skill.
  (v) The person will have to travel extensively to different parts of the state.
  (vi) Computer Proficiency: 6 months /1 Year Diploma/ Certificate Course preferred.
• Age Limit: Up to 65 Years as on 31st December 2022.
• Remuneration: 
  (i) MBBS: Rs. 50,000/- (Negotiable)
  (ii) Specialist: Rs. 65,000/- (Negotiable) NHM Assam

3. Addl. Consultant (MH)

• No of posts: 2
• Educational Qualification:
  (i) Any Medical Graduate with Post Graduate training in OB&GY or Community Medicine / Public Health.
  (ii) At least 3 (three) years post qualification work experience in working for RMNCH interventions and at least 3 (three) years field experience in MCH program/ Project management at state / regional level, with professional knowledge of Reproductive, maternal, neonatal and child health.
  (iii) Familiarity with theory and practical applications and essentials of maternal health.
  (iv)  Experience in planning and management of Health sector/ RCH programs
  (v) Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment with strong facilitation skills, ability to analyze reports, plan and monitor projects
  (vi) Computer proficiency- 6 months /1 Year Diploma/ Certificate Course preferred.
• Age Limit: Up to 65 Years as on 31st December 2022.

4. Programme Executive

• Educational Qualification:
  (i) Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Health Management or Public Health Management from Govt. recognized institute.
  (ii) Computer proficiency : MS Office
  (iii) Excellent in verbal & written communication skills in English are essential.
  (iv) Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field or health care will be preferred.
• Age Limit: Up to 43 Years as on 31st December 2022.
• Remuneration: Rs. 31,000/- (Negotiable)
