NFTs are utilized to represent and profit from many types of digital assets, including virtual real estate and Web 3 games. And Web3 developers are in the forefront of this movement. They push the limits of what is possible with NFTs using their technical talents and business enthusiasm.
Many of these young visionaries now appear on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list, which is significant because it demonstrates their achievements. These individuals come from diverse backgrounds and work in a variety of professions, but they all like leveraging technology to create something novel and interesting.

Steven Vasilev was among the founders of the digital products NFT business RTFKT, which Nike acquired in December 2021. RTFKT’s founders have stated that the company is “executing Nike’s 2050 road map.” Vasilev and his colleagues at RTFKT collaborated with Nike to release 20,000 Nike Dunk Genesis CRYPTOKICKS digital sneakers in April 2022 as part of Nike’s first metaverse collection. Some limited editions of these sneakers have sold for over $130,000.
Dayton Mills Cofounder of Branch
The young entrepreneur Dayton Mills is well-known in both web3 and NFTs. Mills quit high school at the age of 16 to pursue his dream of creating Minecraft servers. He helped establish Branch, a web3 platform that produced Castaways, the fastest-growing web3 game. They invented the model of Free-to-Own. Mills’s work with Branch is helping to push the boundaries of what is possible with NFTs and Web3 games, and he was also named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for 2023 for his efforts.
