Renowned NFT artist, XCOPY lately grossed $23 million in just 10 minutes with his recent open addition NFT named “MAX PAIN.” The open auction sold 7349 NFTs for 1 ETH ($3,108 at the time), on the Nifty Gateway marketplace.
XCOPY has recently earned $23 million from his recent Nifty Gateway-based drop, “MAX PAIN”. This auction ended through a 10-minute open auction. He sold 7,394 pieces in that 10 minutes thanks to his large audience. The auction opened 2 days ago at 22:30 UTC, with no maximum limit on the amount which could be minted.
In addition to the MAX PAIN auction, two more auctions were held for limited XCOPY pieces. They were called “WASTER” and “DAMAGER LUX” that were 6 pieces and 1/1s respectively. In addition, those with five NFTs on Nifty Gateway could enter the raffle to buy one of 24 GOURMET SPICY’ p for as little as $1. Besides, after the latest release of XCOPY, “Afterburn” owners can burn one or two of their NFTs. In return, they receive a selection of other unpublished works.
The MAX PAIN pieces are currently on the aftermarket, with a minimum demand of $5,350, a profit of $2,242 at the time of writing for people who minted. Before launching, he got criticism from the community because it was priced at 1 ETH mint, and that was an open version.
