Blindfolded tasting of new TRUST 111 by Nico menu
Now this was a different way to spend an afternoon! I had much fun alongside TV Actress Holly Jack and Fitness Model Ross MacKay with some blindfolded eating. Could we TRUST Chef Nico Simeone?
You might know we like Chef Nico's cooking (review here) and are enjoying this new concept. The TRUST five course tasting menu is an experience where you choose from a list of 12 ingredients to make up their five course tasting menu. So many combinations of different tastes and experiences each time you visit.
TRUST will be placed in the hands of the talented team of chefs who will create dishes around the guests chosen ingredients.
This month, ingredients include globe artichoke, lamb, pigeon and sea trout.The five course tasting menu ends on a sweet note with a decadent dessert that include ingredients of popcorn and raspberries.
Dont worry you won't be blindfolded!
