Nexbit Launches Robin for Rs. 19,999

US-based Nextbit’s Robin has landed in India officially.  It stands out with its unique cloud-first storage approach and quite unique design.

The phone comes with 100 GB of cloud storage, along with 32 GB internal memory, on which the Android-Marshmallow Nextbit OS automatically backs up apps and images. The phone is priced at Rs 19,999 and will be Flipkart exclusive.

On the processor front Robin is powered by a Snapdragon 808 supported by 3 GB RAM. The display is a 5.2-inch 1080p IPS LCD with Gorilla Glass 4 protection on top. It’s hexa-core processor is clocked at 1.8GHz, and the Adreno 418 GPU to power the graphics performance of the smartphone.

Robin comes with Fingerprint sensor that is housed under the power button. The rear camera in the phone is a 13 megapixel with phase detection autofocus and dual-tone flash, while the front camera is 5 megapixels.

The phone comes with a 2680mAh battery and USB-C port, and dual front-firing speakers. The phone will begin to be sold on Flipkart from May 30, while pre-orders for the device begins today. The first few customers will be gifted with a complimentary case.
