Grill on the Corner re-opens
Glasgow restaurant Grill on the Corner celebrates 12 years in Glasgow with a new menu and an interior re-fresh.
The new menu focuses on Blackhouse classics such as steak and seafood. PGI certified Scotch Beef is on the menu with the addition of a Himalayan salt fridge. re multiple benefits to using the salt chamber. The fridge salt bricks help to draw the moisture out of the surrounding air and meat, which means less moisture and flavour are lost in the cooking process. The salt particles present in the air impregnate the meat adding extra flavour.
