Fans of Chef Mark Greenaway needn't worry anymore, he is back! Grazing by Mark Greenaway has opened their booking line and website for his latest venture.
Located within Edinburgh's Waldorf Astoria - The Caledonian, 'Grazing by Mark Greenaway' menu, which reflects the laidback 'grazing' concept, showcases a mix of traditional, modern and sharing plates.
Dishes include BBQ shiitake mushrooms on toast, a playful cured meat and choux pastry picnic box, and fluffy buttermilk pancakes as well as classics such as 11-hour slow roast pork belly, and indulgent sticky toffee souffle.
