So, actress Laura Dern was spotted kissing on retired NBA player Baron Davis, and social media is reacting.
Wednesday morning US Weekly posted photos of Laura Dern and Davis together, that had one part of social media in shock, and the other half cheering the couple on.
The Big Little Lies star stepped out of the Beverly Hills Hotel with Davis, who split from his wife Isabella Brewster six months ago.
An eyewitness told US Weekly that the two were “talking, laughing and having a great time,” during their lunch date.
As they exited the hotel, Davis, whose 38, was seen carrying Dern, whose 50, purse as they kissed in public.
One Twitter user said 2017 is ending on a high note, referencing the couple.

The actress, who divorced Ben Harper in 2013 was linked to Common last year.
The two were spotted having dinner in Beverly Hills.
Common has since moved on with Angela Rye, and it looks like Dern has too with Davis.
