New York Rangers Ratings and Ratios from Game 1 Vs the Montreal Canadiens

EVEN-STRENGTH RATING
Rating (risk/reward rating) represents how many more successful plays each player makes than successful plays per-minute played. Rating are impacted by how involved a player is in the play. The more events they are involved in per-minute the higher their rating can become.
Mats Zuccarello produced the top rating during game 1. The top rating among Rangers defensemen was produced by Kevin Klein. The lowest rating among d-men was produced by Marc Staal, while the lowest among forwards belonged to Derek Stepan.

EVEN-STRENGTH RATIOS
Ratio represents the number of successful events each player produced for every 1 failed event.
Klein had the Rangers top ratio in game 1. Brian Boyle had the top ratio among forwards. Staal had the lowest ratios among defensemen. Dominic Moore had the lowest ratio of any Ranger forward in game1. That said, Moore's ratio in game 1 was better than all but 3 Montreal forwards' ratios in the same game.
