I am excited to announce the launch of a new workshop I hope you are able to attend.
This April, 2013 Mariah Howard and I will be co-hosting an introduction to the Inner Shadow called Becoming Whole.
Becoming Whole is a unique opportunity for women to come together for an in-depth study of Self–who we are as individuals and in relationship to others–using the lens of the Inner Shadow.
So, what is the Inner Shadow?
The Inner Shadow represents a subconscious part of our personality or our hidden self. When neglected, the Shadow becomes the saboteur–causing problems in our relationships or keeping us stuck in unhelpful patterns. When embraced, the Shadow allows us “to be whole, to be real, to take back our power, to unleash our passion, and to realize our dreams.”*
Where did our shadow come from? How does it show up in our lives today? And, how do we integrate it back into wholeness? These are the questions we are going to explore in this four week journey to becoming whole.
By studying our Inner Shadow, we get a rare glimpse of ourselves: we are able to see into our blind-spots allowing us a chance to expand our view of ourselves and the world around us.
Personally, I have found the concept of the Inner Shadow to be the most profound tool I have come across in my exploration of Self. It has shined a light on the breadth and depth of who I am and supported me in accepting and embracing the different aspects of me. Through it, I have been able to release anger and resentment I was holding on to which has allowed a greater sense of compassion and lightness overall.
I invite you to be a part of this group to learn, connect and reflect with other women who are inspired to do the same.
To read more details about the workshop you may click on the “Get more information” link below. Unfortunately, this link is not accessible through mobile device.
I encourage you to share this invitation with other women who may also be interested in attending. Space is limited, so please be sure to register early.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
I look forward to sharing this process with you!
Be Well,
