New West End Natural Wine Bar Hooligan
A new offering has opened today in Glasgow’s West End which is from the folks behind 88, (to be found on Dumbarton Road and worth a visit) is Hooligan which combines small plates with a selection of natural wines.
Hooligan can be found upstairs at 1 Lynedoch Street, off Woodlands Road, where The Drake is.

Here is a look at the food menu for Hooligan. Dishes range from nibbles to go along with your wine such as Gordal olives and smoked almonds, through to small plates with delights such as Cumbrae and Lindisfarne oysters, fermented chilli juice and champagne shallots to lamb tartare, sourdough toast and smoked lamb fat to Aubergine, fermented tomato, sumac yoghurt, feta and crispy flatbread. I don’t know where we’ll start there!
