New Malaga Transfer Signing Santi Cazorla Feeling the Malaga Revolution

Santi Cazorla has joined Malaga.Santi Cazorla has expressed his joy at joining Malaga’s big project this summer.

Santi Cazorla left El Madrigal for Malaga late last month in a move that had breaking news effect in the media. The short midfielder, who sealed his transfer for a fee of €12M, commentated on his switch while speaking to EFE. Santi Cazorla was quoted as saying:

“I am very excited by the Malaga’s ambitious plans for the future and I hope that we will be able to live up to the expectations. I am proud to be part of this project.

“Malaga have made me feel very welcome ever since my arrival last week. I know the coach and like his philosophy. Our goal is to qualify for European football and we have to play an extraordinary season to achieve this.”

Malaga are a totally revolutionized side now with the recent addition of well known names. As Sheikh Abdullah Al Thani is a the head of the club as president, Malaga are enjoying good deals on the transfer market.

World Cup stars Jeremy Toulalan, Julio Baptista and Ruud van Nistelrooy are all at the club among other players like ex-Bayern Munich key player Martin Demichelis and Nacho Monreal. Last season, Malaga finished 11th in La Liga. Santi Cazorla is hoping that his side will reach higher standards next year.
