A new addition to the wardrobe family. The other day I metaphorically tripped and fell in the mothership – Lane Crawford – and fell in love with Chloé’s AW15 Lauren flats. Again. These have been on my wishlist for years upon years now so of course I had to try ‘em on. Post-payday and all that. And now we’re here. Um.
I picked up the AW15 Lauren flats in navy suede, a pretty obvious choice for me now that I think about. I’ve been coveting the nude leather ones forever but the more I considered it, nude leather isn’t quite the practical option for clumsy me.
While my Laurens were a fairly indulgent buy, even with my staff discount, these are certainly a shoe that’ll stay in my accessory arsenal for a long time. They add a little more dimension than a classic black ballerina and are ridiculously comfortable. I might also add here that I took a size FR36 and usually wear a UK4/EU37.
Oh Chloé, you do it every single time.
