During the weekend I went to a wedding anniversary bash of a good friend. You know how a hopeless romantic I am! I love attending weddings and anniversaries (teehee!) because I love happily-ever-afters. This explains why my attire was upped a notch higher :)
Those who know me knew that I have tons of dresses and bags and shoes in neutral colors. You could never go wrong with black, nude, light gold, brown, etc. Every woman must have these shades in their wardrobe. So since there was no motif/dress code written in the invitation, I opted for this safe color. The lace on the dress added elegance to the outfit. The default accessory with these kind of ensemble might be a shawl. Again, I am defying the norm. I chose to put on this shimmery cropped blazer because the shawl was too formal for my taste :)

I decided to just go around with the colors of the dress so I paired it with a black clutch I bought at a department store, a sexy pair of heels from Sugar Free, and finished it off with a gold and diamond earrings from Silver Street Jewelry.
