Networking requires engagement. We all want to succeed in our chosen professions. When you grow your connections on Social Media and increase your followers, remember to encourage and celebrate their successes. They work just as hard as you do. And we all need encouragement to keep moving forward. Encourage others and they will encourage you. And even if they don’t, you still come out on top with your kindness.
