Network issues on Galaxy Nexus due to Android 4.0.4

This usually occurs when an application is running in the background when the phone goes into standby state. Processor speed below a certain level and then the phone loses network signal is not received in a position of calls and messages until you wake the phone.

This problem can be resolved to some extent by something heavy in the background, resources, or by setting the default clock of 350 MHz CPU at least 700 MHz or completely disable the sleep during the winter. As you can see, none of these options as particularly favorable to the life of the battery.

Member mentioned that this problem only with 4.0.4 build for a GSM Galaxy Nexus 4.0.2 and Hunt there.
