People also consider him as an incarnation of Hanuman ji. Although he kept away from pomp and show. There was neither a tilak on his forehead nor a kanthi garland around his neck. According to legends, once during the Bhandara there was a shortage of ghee in Kainchi Dham. On the orders of Baba ji, water was brought in the canister from the river flowing below. When it was used for making prasad, the water turned into ghee.One such time, Baba Neeb Karauri Maharaj made his devotee a cloud umbrella to save him in the scorching heat of summer, and made him reach his destination.
