National Day of Remembrance to Honor Dolphy

Hours after President Benigno Aquino III visited the wake of the King of Comedy "Dolphy" yesterday, the President issued Proclamation No. 433 Declaring July 13 as National Day of Remembrance to honor the memory of the late Rodolfo "DOLPHY" Quizon Sr.
On the day of National Remembrance, President P-Noy asks all Filipinos to reflect on the art and artistry, kindness and generosity, the deep patriotism, and the manner in which DOLPHY exemplified positive Filipino values in his work and throughout his life. Surely, the entire Filipinos will remember Dolphy's contributions to Philippine Arts, Culture and Entertainment.
