When Nathan's ex-wife takes off with his two daughters, he is desperate to find them. His P I had no luck, but suggested he contact Gillian.
Gillian is trying to move forward with her life. Her boyfriend reunited with his wife, and Gillian is trying to hide her psychic gift from people.
Nathan has to plead with Gillian to help him. Finally, she agrees.
Gillian and Nathan have instant chemistry. Nathan is consumed with finding his daughters, but Gillian is a distraction.
When Gillian locates the girls, she doesn't know where she will fit in Nathan's life, if she fits in at all.
I really enjoyed this light contemporary romance. I could see where Gillian felt awkward around Nathan and his over protective wife. Nathan put entirely too much pressure on himself and I think he needed to see his worth even if he wasn't seriously wealthy.
Gillian also needed to make peace with her special abilities and use them to help others.
Overall this one gets a B.
