This book was a gift from Simon & Schuster to members of the XOXO After Dark street team. I am not a regular Instagram user, and because my kids are grown, I don't relate to mommy blogs. So, this book is not one that would fall onto my radar under ordinary circumstances.
I plan on giving the book to a friend of mine, but before I pass it along, I wanted to let everyone know what an adorable picture book this is.
This book came about due to viral Instagram photos from Mommy blogger- Laura Izumikwa. The photos compiled in this collection are of Laura’s adorable daughter wearing her stylin’ clothes, while napping, and includes pop culture captions for each photo.
It’s just too cute!
Anyone following Laura’s Instagram posts, or her blog, will delight in this book, and it would also make a great gift for new parents.
