If you follow this blog, then certainly you know that you shouldn’t be sleeping on anything that Daptone Records puts down on wax. Due out July 29th, Cold World by their newest artist Naomi Shelton & The Gospel Queens promises to be another solid release from the label that seemingly does no wrong. They promise this record will have a mix of hardcore soul, funk, gospel and even a coutry-tinged tune.
