On March 15th, you and your Nancy Drew-loving kids, or ones that you want to share your old Nancy Drew stories with, will be able to enjoy Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase.

Nancy Drew Is Ready To Solve Another Mystery In Her New MovieThis new version of Nancy Drew comes from Warner Bros., Ellen DeGeneres’ A Very Good Production & Red 56 and stars Sophia Lillis (Beverly Marsh in IT) and is a remake of the story, and movie, from 1939.

Carson Drew (Sam Trammell, True Blood), after the death of his wife, packs up his daughter, Nancy, and they leave Chicago to make a fresh start in River Heights. Life in a small town bores Nancy as she longs for excitement, adventure, and for the chance to make a difference. She gets just that when she is asked to help solve the ghostly activity at Twin Elms Mansion. Can she explain the creaky footsteps, exploding lightbulbs, and the ominous creature? Is it the handiwork of the high-school bully, Derek Barnes (Evan Castlloe, Sharp Objects)? Or is it possible that the ghost of the original owner Malcolm Colfax is back for revenge? Recruiting her best friends George (Zoe Renee, The Quad) and Bess (Mackenzie Graham, The Purge), along with local “mean girl” Helen (Laura Slade Wiggens, Shameless), Nancy Drew is on the case.

You and your kids can follow along as Nancy Drew comes to the big screen to solver her next big case. Check out the clip as her plans begin on her search to see if Derek, the local bully, is responsible.

Jump right in and look for this movie to hit your local theater on March 15th. Let your own kids experience the magic of Nancy Drew and her super sluethy ways.
