Namibia: The Cheetah Capital of the World #GoBigNamibia

By Monkeys And Mountains Adventure @Laurel_Robbins

Namibia is the cheetah capital of the world with an incredible 3000 cheetahs!

I was fortunate enough to spend a day at the Cheetah Conservation Fund, with the fastest animal on the planet.  I was SUPER excited as it was my first time EVER seeing cheetahs.  More to come on the incredible cheetah conservation work taking place here which is located about a 3 1/2 hour drive from Windhoek, but in the meantime I just had to share some photos of these incredible animals with you:

Stay tuned to find out how dogs are helping save cheetahs and what it’s really like to feed the fastest animal on the planet – hint they eat fast!

(I had the incredible opportunity to help feed 15 cheetahs!!!!!!).  In the meantime follow my adventures in Namibia at #GoBigNamibia.
