Namaste To You

By Annamoss84 @missanniebean
Namaste To You It's really hard to feel any inspiration to exercise during these cold months, I struggle a vast amount because I just lack any energy...which many will agree with. Some of you will be aware I've got into yoga over the last year or so and to be honest I don't know what I'd do with out it.  There is this preconception that you must be flexible to take part, that isn't true if anything it can make you much more flexible as you continue on.
I was a very lucky lady a few weeks ago to be sent two Sweaty Betty tops to test out during yoga.  One issue I have is finding a top that will support my chest, as last thing you want to feel unsupported, obviously a sports bra is best but some tops just don't do there part in helping.

The top I'm wearing in the photos above is my favourite, first the color is extremely beautiful, it has hidden support. (you can get away without wearing a sports bra) and it's different and fashionable.  You'll perhaps have seen in my Fitness & Fashion post how great it is to indulge in both - but of course still remaining practical.
Sweaty Betty Chaturanga

This Chaturanga Yoga Cami comes in two colours sea urchin (pictured) and magenta and is priced at £55.00.  It's seamless which makes it easy to slip on and according to Sweaty Betty it made with Q-skin life long antibacterial yarn, that is sweat wicking and high stretching. The back has a Lattice strap and as you can see from the image there is a ruched effect along the front - great for the days when you don't feel your smallest!

The next I wanted to try was the simple Chandi Yoga Vest in a lagoon colour, although it does come in a beautiful shade called purple paradise.  This is a very effortless piece that is seamless, stretchy long fit, creates a gorgeous silhouette with the ribbed side panels and has thick straps in a racer style. This has no hidden support so some kind of sports bra is a must, however saying that because it is so stretchy it still felt extremely supportive.
Sweaty Betty Chandni
Even though this was Chandni Yoga Vest, priced £39.00 is less detailed than the Chaturanga Yoga Cami, it still felt just as good and I did feel held in and that it was a flattering fit...plus the color is gorgeous! I tried these tops out in my morning yoga sessions at home and in various external group yoga classes - loved them all the more as I felt fashionable too!

Namaste To You

Investing in good sportswear is essential if you want to look and feel good.  I am a great believer that if you feel comfortable in what you're exercising in, it makes your performance that bit better.
