It’s official: Nadège Vanhee-Cybulski is the new artistic director for womens ready-to-wear at Hermès. Graduated from the prestigious Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp, the 36-year-old French designer has worked previously for Maison Martin Margiela, The Row and Céline.
“Her talent and her creative track record will be great assets in the continued development of women’s ready-to-wear,” Axel Dumas, chief executive officer of Hermès, told WWD. “She will devote herself full-time to our house.”
Vanhee-Cybulski will reveal her first collection for Hermès women’s ready-to-wear in March 2015.
