Director Teja’s project ‘Savitri’ which has been shelved since years is finally seeing the light. Back in 2010-11 Venkatesh was all set for ‘Savitri’ but finally it got stalled for various reasons. Later Rana came into picture but it didn’t happened. There was also news that Suresh Productions planned to make this ambitious film of Teja with Naani in the lead and it did not take off.
Now there is news that Teja’s Dream project Savitri is becoming a reality with Nani in the lead role. Multi Dimension Entertainments will produce this film. Teja is now busy with his latest film Thappu. Savitri will start after Teja’s current project Thappu which is expected to be wrapped up by this summer. Official announcement and further details regarding this project will be out this week.
