HELLO EVERYBODY! I'm back! I apologize for being so MIA recently, 24 hours in a day is clearly just not enough. Anywhooo so recently there was a new dessert craze that appeared in Chinatown. Yes that's right its N2. Call me slow or maybe but it took me a little while to work out that it stood for Nitrogen lol. Nitrogen Ice cream/sorbet is IN right now peeps.
Professors at work with their N2 formulating their ice cream
Basically the speciality is that they make the ice cream or sorbet on the spot for you. Normally ice cream takes a while to make because you need to churn it an ice cream maker for quite a while. Instead here they've used the N2 to freeze the ice cream besides the novelty of using N2, you get freshly made ice cream/sorbet.Working that N2
N2 Ice cream
Front: raspberry cheesecake ice cream
Middle sides: early gray ice cream
Back: Mango sorbet
The ice creams in general were good but we found that the ice cream melted fairly quickly. This may be an issue during the summer too. Welps. Besides the novelty and their interesting flavours, I didn't find their ice cream that exciting or different compared to most other ice cream parlors. Still good ice cream nonetheless but I am not sure if I am prepared to wait 30 minutes for it.
The insane crowds at N2
Oh hai professor!
Gotta go eat!!
