My Travel Bucket List | Travel Bloggers
I'm at a point in my life where instead of talking about things I need to start doing. More specifically instead of dreaming of where I can travel to, I want to actually travel to them. The best way is by creating a travel bucket list, and even though this may change along the way I'm a firm believer that if it's written down I can visually acknowledge it... thus making it more realistic and doable.
To give you a bit of a background on me and my travels, I was a very lucky child as my Dad is an incredible aircraft engineer and we got to travel a fair bit. I went to so many amazing places but the problem is, they're all becoming a blur now as I'm significantly older now.
Canada
I have been to Canada but I've not 'seen' Canada. One of my best friends from when I was little lives there and I've only been there once. Once! I'm a terrible friend I know, but I've never been able to afford to go or for one reason or another we clash on dates. So instead of putting things off this one is a must! The beautiful thing about Canada is you have the mountains for skiing and snowboarding... and well it's just stunning wherever you look! I'd really like to go see some of the National Parks to take in the wildlife, possibly go camping and also visit Vancouver as I hear this is a must-see. Previously flights to Canada were steep but Canadian specific airlines like Canadian Affair offer some great deals, so watch this space.
South Africa

I've wanted to go to South Africa on a safari since I was a little girl. I'm a huge animal lover so to see them in their natural habitat would be an amazing experience. Whilst here I'd have to see the Rhinos in Hluhluwe & Imfolozi National Park, take part in kayaking with crocodiles and (one of my big musts) see the Cango Caves. There are trips to see Great White sharks but if you know me, you'll know that's my idea of hell!  Personally the culture is a big plus point as it is with many countries, therefore I'd like to go to Robben Island and the Robben Island Museum for all things Nelson Mandela.
Italy
When I say Italy I mean two areas.  Number one is all the historical aspect but then also the lakes, I'm actually partly checking this one off as I visited the lakes last week! Watch out for my review of that.  However I've always wanted to go to Milan but more importantly Venice is my big must. Taking in all that history whilst floating around on a gondola, drinking Italian wine, eating Italian food sounds my idea of educational bliss!
Mexico
I went over the border of Mexico with my family when I was younger but that's as good as it gets! I think it's somewhere I'd get the most out of when wanting a luxury beach holiday with a spa, particuarly for some of the pictureesq/tranquil scenes. The bara beaches appeal and would be my first choice because of how clear the sea is. I would love to visit Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve to see it's tropical forests, the Zócalo Mexico City for the Aztec Tenochtitlán and Tulum for the Maya spiritual and cultural center.... plus it'd be wrong to go to Mexico and not to try some Mexican Tequilla too!
China
This one is a tough one because I really don't know much about China, however I'd say the Great Wall of China is top. Big Panda fan so would love to visit the Panda breeding center to see all the little Pandas.  They have three centres you can go and see the Pandas up close, Chengdu Panda Breeding and Research Centre, Bifengxia Panda Base, and Dujiangyan Panda Valley. Last but not least, the Terracotta Army in Xi'an that once lived underground for 2,000 years is apparently a must see when visiting, so this would have to be checked off the list when in China.

IndiaI think if I was going to India I'd start in Dehli because of the many things to see in one place, things such as mosques and historical buildings can all be found here. I always said I'd love to see the Taj Mahal which I think most people have considered when wanting to go to India. I was told by one of my travel buddies that if I do ever go to India I must visit the breathtaking Ajanta and Ellora Caves... so obviously they're on my travel wish list too.
New York
Never been and really want to go! I'd love to go to all the famous movie sites and be the ultimate tourist! Ever since I saw my friends photos outside the Ghostbuster HQ I've had major envy! Okay so there are many places I have to go to... Central Park, Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Times Square, Rockefeller Centre... to name only a few. I reckon I'd need to be a typical tourist and go on a guided tour of all the places where movies were shot, plus a cheeky shopping trip!
New Zealand
This is our potential honeymoon destination. I would like to ideally hire a camper van and explore the country that way, but my top point to see is the place where Lord of The Rings was filmed! Seeing the mind-blowing glaciers like Franz Josef would be great although I'm not 100% how I'd go about seeing this unless I was specifically on an experience day or excursion. I'd love to explore some of the Kiwi Maori heritage... alongside whale and dolphin watching too.

Abu Dhabi
One of my best friends moved out here and I'm dying to go over and see what it's like. This is more of a holiday to do nothing. It'd be my kind of holiday to just relax and catch up with Jodi... and maybe do a cycle around the famous  F1 Yas Marina Circuie race track!

Iceland
To be honest Iceland is somewhere I'd mainly go to embrace the scenery. The Blue Lagoon would be big priority as it looks lush, but also Landmannalaugar’s bubbling hot springs, beautiful hills and going along the hiking route would be amazing to see and do.
Disney
Last but not least.... I've been to Disney when I was a little girl but again it's become a blur so I'd love to take Nick and go to Disneyland Paris, Disneyworld and Disneyland. The three D's! Paris would probably be the easiest as we can get a connecting train on the Eurostar from St Pancras. They tend to have some amazing offers so this one could be a great option for a mini moon after we get married in July.
To be honest with you there are so many more places I want to see but I don't want to bore you going through each. Have you got a travel bucket list? Where are you desperate to visit?
