My Recipe of Zucchini Delight
In the summer there are a lot of great zucchini meals that I prepare for my family. Here is one of them:
Now it is the season of Zucchini and since I love this vegetarian product I would like to introduce you the number one in my list of Zucchini recipes.
It is called Zucchini Delight and I am the creator of this incredible dish.
Products 1 kg. zucchini, 2-3 tomatoes, 4 eggs, 100 g cheese, 150 g yellow cheese, salt, parsley, dill oil for cooking
Preparation:
Wash and clean the zucchini and cut them into rings. Pour them with oil into the baking pan,then sprinkle them with salt and put them in the oven to bake until they become soft and lightly browned.
Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes, then add them to the already baked zucchini. Leave the tray back in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the tomatoes turn aside from water.
In a bowl, mix the eggs,the shredded cheese and the chopped dill and parsley. When Ready,the zucchini are flooded with the mixture and baked again for 10-15 minutes until their surface become golden brown.
