My Favourite Beverage #WriteAPageADay #pebbleinwaterswrites

After water, tea is the most widely consumed beverage in the world.  More than 64 percent of Indians drink tea in abundance.  96 percent of Indians have had tea at some point or the other.  Tea will always be available in more than 80 percent of kitchens in America.  More than half of Americans drink tea every day.  Turkey was the largest tea drinker nation in the world in 2016.  The national drink of India and China is tea.  Obviously, when I am talking about tea and writing about my favorite beverage, it simply means that tea is my favorite beverage. But that does not mean that I do not like any other beverages other than tea.  I also like coffee, green coffee, green tea, decoction, etc.

The arrival of tea and college happened almost simultaneously in my life.  Before that, i.e. during school days I used to drink tea but sometimes.  Or, maybe, even if I used to drink it daily, then not in large numbers.  In college, I was addicted to tea. I used to drink about 7-8 cups a day in those days. After getting the job, the same habit continued. And still is today. It is now that the types of tea have grown. My first tea in the morning is herbal tea. No milk in it, and no sugar either. After some time I drink tea with milk. Then I drink black (or red) tea. The style of making tea depends on two main things.  First, the tea leaf is open or the tea bag.  Second, which variant of tea?

If I want to drink ordinary tea with milk, then the method of making it will be like this.  Put half a teaspoon of tea leaves in a cup of water, boil it well for some time, add milk to it, boil a little more and drink it.  I make this in another way too.  I boil water and pour it into the cup in which tea leaves have already been put.  Now I cover it for a while.  Then after adding a little milk to it, I drink it.  And if this tea leaf is in a bag, then after boiling water and milk, put it in the cup and put the tea bag in it.  Many teas give more flavor and taste without milk.  I really like tea without milk.
