Plot: Deaf since having his hearing knocked out at the age of 12, Asher has been training for almost two decades to avenge himself on Ivan, the man that killed his older brother, 21 years ago. And now that his nemesis is out of prison, he gets his chance. But Asher’s target also happens to be his father.

Story: My Father Die starts when a young Asher sees his brother Chester beaten to death by their father Ivan (Stretch). Asher himself was left deaf after getting beaten horrendously. 21-years-later Asher (Anderson) returns to his home town after learning Ivan has been released from prison. He goes out for revenge to kill Ivan.
However, he doesn’t get the job done and now Ivan has set his own target of killing anyone Asher cares for. This includes his old friend Nana (Smith). With the police following up on the leads, Asher finds himself needing to finish the job before anyone he cares about is butchered.
Verdict on My Father Die
My Father Die is a violent action thriller following a son that goes out for revenge on his father that killed his brother and left him deaf. It sees him getting close to the contacts, hurting people to get close. However, his father proves a lot harder to kill than Asher imagined.
This is a violent action movie that doesn’t hold back on the actions we see in place. Nobody is safe and the raw environment shows us the graphic nature of the injuries. The raw revenge between a family is intense and clearly shows the lines between the family have been drawn. It is filled with the worst type of people and could be difficult to many people to watch. Although the performances help take us into a dangerous world.
Final Thoughts – My Father Die is a horrifically violent action movie.
