Hi everyone…
Today’s post is dedicated to Chandni Chowk!!
A few days ago I went to the heart of old Delhi…well that’s what I like to call it <3 There is something about this place which draws me towards it. The buzzing lanes filled with street vendors, rickshaws, food stalls, the clothing and jewelry shops can’t be beaten by anything!!
Chandni chowk has unlimited attractions right from Lal Qil, Shri Sis Ganj Gurudwara, paranthe wali gali, Kinaari bazaar, The Jewelers lane, Dariba Kalanor be it the Town Hall, with Swami Shraddhanand statue. Personally I am yet to discover the whole area, so I check out different markets within Chandni chowk every time I get a chance to visit.
But trust me reaching to this place is a task..i mean if you go by car, then you end up getting stuck in the traffic and if you surpass the traffic then you will end up wasting your time searching for a parking spot. And if you go by metro then be ready to be stuck in a human traffic jam =((
Anyways, My recent visit concentrated on the food stalls and the clothes market. So, Enjoy the pictures!!
That’s the Town Hall, well sorry I guess the face of the statue got skipped =( but none the less it’s a beautiful sight watching all the pigeons…isn’t it

Foodicts paradise…just check out the pictures below..don’t they make your mouth water… sadly I couldn’t try out a lot of food joints but whatever I had was yummm…
