What goes down after work...
  • 15 minutes taken to shoot an outfit post!
  • 60 photos on average per outfit shoot
  • 2 Nikon camera lenses (but I had an argument with one and he decided to stay in England)
  • 4/5 average blog posts a week
  • 1 perfect cup of tea per writing session
  • 2 writing sessions per week unless I spontaneously write
  • 7 copy editing sessions – once a day!
  • 302 words that I cut out of a blog post last week
  • 2 hours spent reading through my dashboard when I have a reading session
  • 5 amazing guest editors: Adrienne, Amy, Jade, Jane and Bloggers’ Bookshelf
  • 1 16GB memory card
  • 26 minutes spent writing a blog post
  • 1 hour editing photographs
  • ∞ hours on iMovie editing a 2 minute video
  • 7 forgotten Facebook posts – apologies that my Facebook page is a tad barren!
  • 37520975 infographic emails that are swiftly deleted
  • 1 hour spent replying to and returning loveliest blog comments
  • 1 overworked MacBook because I watch K-dramas whilst blogging
  • 1 beyond exhausted Nikon D3100 camera
As I’m often asked about my blogging routine and how I balance things out on a day to day basis, I thought I’d compile a fun little list of my routine by numbers! I actually have a full post here about how I personally do the whole blogging thang if you’re interested. It doesn’t seem like much because I just find blogging a really therapeutic process that comes really easily to me. If I didn’t enjoy it, I certainly wouldn’t be doing all this around a 44 hour working week where I write, edit and process things all day ;)
