My Baby is No Longer a Baby.

My baby is no longer a baby.

Zahara's bottom teeth begin to come in.

My baby is no longer a baby.

She's showing off her new gap!

I was so excited to pick my baby up from daycare today and see that her bottom tooth finally fell out!! I was mad that I missed the actual event, but still happy that it happened. It seems like it's been loose forever but I was too scared to pull it out, I was going to let that little thing hang on for dear life as long as it could!
I was a little worried when I noticed that her tooth was loose because my little diva/drama queen was so concerned about how she would look with a missing tooth; luckily she seems to love it! :) Today was a stressful day for me because of some school related things that I have absolutely no control of but seeing my baby's missing tooth made my day turn around for the better. I suddenly got flashbacks of when she started to get her 1st teeth, it seems like that was just yesterday. Every day I look at her and I tell her that she is getting so big; I know she gets so sick of hearing me say it, but it's the truth. My baby isn't a baby anymore, she is my little girl and sometimes that is hard for me to accept. I miss holding her in my arms and watching her tears turn into a smile when I pick her up. But, I also love talking to her and answering her questions such as "Mommy, is the tooth fairy gonna bring me a new tooth or what?" This little girl drives me insane at times but watching her grow up has been the most amazing experience of my life. I wouldn't change a thing.
My baby is no longer a baby.
