I am still totally buzzing over my second visit to see Imelda Staunton in Gypsy so decided that today’s musical moment was going to contain one of my all time favorite musical theater moments. One of the most emotional performances you will get from a leading lady! Unfortunately there is no footage of Imelda going for it with Rose’s Turn so I have decided to use Rosalind Russell’s from the film version, still a very haunting and vicious performance.
