This is a great summer salad, and super easy to make, add a medium rare steak and some garlic bread for total deliciousness :)
Ingrediants:
1 bunch of fresh spinach, washed and chopped
5 or 6 sliced strawberries
5 or 6 good sized mushrooms
sliced red onion
5 pieces crispy bacon chopped
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Vidalia Onion Dressing (or any vinegrette of your choice)
How to:
Mix all of the above ingredients into a salad bowl and enjoy!!! Super easy and good for you too :)
