117 g blancs d’œuf, 117 g sucre semoule, 117 g farine tout usage, zeste d’une lime, 2 c. à c. poudre de cacao, 1 c. à c. levure pâtissière, une pincée de sel

117 g egg whites, 117 g caster sugar,  117 g all-purpose flour, zest of one lime, 2 tsp. cocoa powder, 1 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of salt

117 g claras de huevo, 117 g azúcar en polvo, 117 g harina común, ralladura de una lima, 2 cucharaditas de cacao en polvo, 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear, una pizca de sal
******************************************  117 غرام بياض  بيض، 117 غرام سكر سنيدة، 117 غرام دقيق ابيض، قشرة ليم محكوكة، ملعقتان صغيرتان مسحوق الكاكاو، ملعقة صغيرة خميرة الحلوى، قبصة ملحPRÉPARATION / HOW TO / ELABORACIÓN
MUFFINS AU CHOCOLAT / CHOCOLATE MUFFINS / MUFFINS DE CHOCOLATE / مافن بالشكلاط1. Dans un bol, tamiser les ingrédients secs. Mettre de côté. Dans un autre bol, battre les blancs d’œuf, le sucre et le zeste de lime, jusqu'à consistance légère et mousseuse. Tamiser  les ingrédients secs sur les ingrédients humides.   2. Remuer doucement pour incorporer la farine. Verser la pâte dans les moules à muffins. Cuire dans un four préchauffé à 180°C jusqu'à ce qu'un cure-dent inséré au center en ressorte propre, environ 15-20 minutes. Laisser les muffins refroidir sur une grille.

1. In a bowl, sift together dry ingredients. Set aside. In another bowl, beat the egg whites, sugar and lime zest until light and fluffy. Sift the dry ingredients over the wet ones.   2. Stir gently to incorporate the flour. Pour the batter into the muffins tins. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 15-20 minutes. Let the muffins cool on a wire rack.

1. En un tazón, tamizar los ingredientes secos. Dejar de lado. En otro tazón, batir las claras de huevo, el azúcar en polvo y la ralladura de lima hasta que la mezcla esté suave y esponjosa. Tamizar los ingredientes secos sobre los ingredientes húmedos.  2. Revolver suavemente hasta que la harina esté incorporada. Verter la mezcla en los moldes para muffins. Hornear en horno precalentado a 180°C hasta que un palillo insertado en el centro salga limpio, unos 15-20 minutos. Dejar los muffins enfriarse sobre una rejilla.

1. في وعاء، تخلط المكونات الجافة معا و تترك جانبا. في وعاء اخر،  يضرب بياض البيض والسكر و قشرة الليم الى ان يصبح الخليط خفيفاو منتفخا. تغربل المكونات الجافة فوق المكونات السائلة.2. يخلط المزيج ببطء ثم يصب  في قوالب المافن. يخبز المافن مدة 15-20 دقيقة في فرن درجة حرارته 180.بعد اخراجه من الفرن يترك المافن  فوق شبكة حديدية كي يبرد.
