Mr. Porter just made their second seasonal price drop. Select items are now discounted by up to 70%. Stock is pretty limited at this point, but there are some Drake’s ties at $45, a leather jacket by Faconnable at $425, and a suede A1 blouson by Ami at $427. Brooks Brothers is also holding a 50% off sale this week. Their shell cordovan cap toe boots - which are some of my favorite shoes - have only been discounted by 25%, unfortunately, not 50%, but this is the lowest they ever go. And though they’re not cheap, they go incredibly well with jeans, corduroys, and heavy woolen trousers. I wear them with leather jackets and waxed cotton Barbours in the colder months of the year.
