When monsters suddenly appear from the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean, a special team pilots giant robots to combat the new threat.A deep sea oil rig is sucked into the Atlantic. A reconnaissance mini-sub disappears. And this gives scientist Dr. Margaret Adams (Nicole Dickson) the perfect setup to field test the Armada Program – giant robots originally made for deep sea rescue. They are manned by three pilots: Red (David Chokachi), a military screw-up, and the best pilot the Navy has, Tracy (Jackie Moore) his partner, and his ‘partner,’ and Jim (former rapper Anthony ‘TREACH’ Criss), who completes the Mod Squad analogy.
The fucking balls on Asylum pictures to makes this movie and releasing it two days before the opening of Pacific Rim, but just wow! This isn’t even out yet and I definitely want to see this which is why I just have to at least write about this picture so everyone of my readers will at least know that if you can’t wait for Pacific Rim, then check out this glorious knock-off Atlantic Rim.
The pure fact that they are just flaunting their efforts in the face of the public and distributors out there, I have to admit that I got to see this movie when it comes out as I love LOVE watching these shitty knockoffs. Now if only Sharknado comes out soon, my life will be complete, as in completely full of shitty movie watching.
