Thoughts on Mountain Fever
Mountain Fever is a virus thriller that came before the pandemic. So for once I can’t complain that we have too many about a deadly virus and people being bored. Here we see the struggle to survive the mystery flu that has wiped out most of the population. Seeing how two strangers must work together to fight off a bigger threat in their world to survive.
This will mix the concepts of virus survival with home invasion to create a different level of tension, but with too many unknowns left in the mix, we will be left asking questions about the bigger picture. Keeping most of the film in the big home, shows that we can see the different areas of safety, while both sides will have shelter. This is an easy to watch virus survival movie that does everything it needs to, to create the tension the film has.
